All orders Despatched by DPD Predict service, so please leave your mobile number in check out to get a text message for the time of delivery ( DPD Predict send the text message for 1 hrs delivery Window so you do not need to wait all day ).
HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER:
- We ship in business days. Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
- The estimate above does not include manufacturing time – we need 1 business days to make sure your custom order is everything you hoped it would be.
Clearence Warehouse is a global company – we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.
SO WHEN DO YOU CONTACT CLEARENCE WAREHOUSE?
If you did’t receive your item on the stated date you can email or phone us. You can track your order online as well. Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).
- HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. For Uk mainland we provide free shipping to our customer but it may vary for international customers It can be calculated at the end of the purchase.
- CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
- WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We rely on a global network of shipping partner DPD. We ship from UK warehouse for UK customers and for EU customers its been shipped from Ireland so you don’t have to wait for custom queries and charges.
DPD is the best service for UK & European customers:
All UK & European customers can also track the progress of their parcels on a real-time map as DPD drivers make their way to the delivery address.
DPD Classic service includes in Transit notifications to your customers so they can change the delivery day or reroute the parcel to their nearest Pickup shop or Neighbours
Please do not accept delivery if the box is damaged or tempered (broken seals). Items will be shipped within 1 working day after payment is cleared. (Monday to Friday).Item bought today, Will be shipped next working day except in some circumstances it may take up to 3 working days. The item will be shipped by DPD, 24-hour express excluding weekends and holidays. Pick up services are also available at our warehouse. If you do not receive your item within the specified time.
